General use:
- Apply directly to skin
- Rub in to exfoliate
- Rinse off
Dry brushing technique:
- Apply to dry skin
- Sit in warm bath for ten min minimum
Shower technique:
- Apply to damp skin while showering
- Turn water off temporarily or step outside stream to get a good scrub
- Allow oil to absorb into skin

Besides the obvious � chemical free, the peppermint is awesome to breathe in and open my senses when use in shower..
I will definitely be using more of this product in the future. The sugar in this scrub isn�t too aggressive, so along with using it on my body, I also use it on my face. I find that this product is great on skin that is still dry, and patting dry instead of rubbing really allows my skin to soak up as much oil as possible. I don�t even need lotion after!
I'm a constant buyer of this product. �I can't get enough of it and I always pray that it never goes out of stock or style. �I suffer migraines and enjoy the coolness on my head and neck. �Of course the other benefits rock. �Thank you as always.
