FREE shipping for all orders over $75.
We ship to street addresses in all 50 states: the contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
UPS Ground and UPS Overnight are not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Business Days: We process orders to ship Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
We ship to just one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

When your order is received, Zeeta will send you an e-mail confirming your order.
Then, when your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation.
Your shipment confirmation will include the following information:

Your satisfaction with Zeeta products is always guaranteed. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your Zeeta purchase so we can coordinate an exchange or return.
Exchanges for different scents are welcome. There is a $5 handling fee for each exchange.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase date. Items returned must be in new condition. There is a $10-$20 handling fee for each return, dependent on size of return
