TOP TIP NUMBER 1

Your skin is an elaborate defense mechanism designed to protect your body from invasion making it extremely important to protect it.

It grows from the inside out, progressively pushing older layers of skin cells toward the surface. The top layers of skin are mainly composed of dead cells. With warm temperatures outside and more time in the sun, your skin needs more attention than the rest of the year.

Skin tends to be more prone to breakouts during the warm, summer months. Wash your skin regularly, with warm water and a gentle exfoliating cleanser. This will help remove the top layer of dead skin cells and also alleviate clogged pores that often result from excessive sweating.
