Use to block out light during relaxation, naps & meditation.
Hot Therapy: Mist with water, microwave on high for 30 seconds. Heat lasts approximately 10 minutes. Do not overheat.
Cold Therapy: Place eye pillow in a plastic bag in the freezer for 1-2 hours to relieve headache symptoms and puffy eyes.Distribute eye pillow on the eyebrow line and forehead for a different sensation of relief.
